Penny Serenade

Classic Black & White Penny Serenade is a very compelling, well-made tear-jerker, told through flashbacks. It depicts the marriage of Cary Grant and Irene Dunne, from their happy beginnings to the eventual break-up, due to the various tragedies they shared. Cary Grant was nominated for an Oscar for Best Actor In A Leading Role for his work in this bittersweet film.
