Product Description When a law student uncovers chilling secrets and places her life at risk, a bitter, rough-around-the- edges detective gets assigned to her case. Review Many people are gifted with a strong inclination to discovering mysteries and other unexplained occurrences. These adventure-seeking individuals will not be stopped by any circumstances even if it means endangering their own lives. This is one case showcased in the upcoming movie, The Summoning. A law student is relentless to find out the story behind the mysterious disappearance of one of her colleague in her town in Sugar Land, Texas. While many attempted, it seems that few have even come close to the real thing that happened to this other law student. According to Movie Insider, the movie, The Summoning, follows law student Rachel Iverson played by Leila Almas as she places her own life in danger trying to find out the real story behind the disappearance of another law student. The other law students who are missing in the movie are Clayton Ward played by Philip Adkins. Chief Lubbock played by Eric Roberts assigns Detective Jonathan Silva played by Jaime Zevallos to help her with the case. During the production of The Summoning, some of the cast and crew experienced an unexplained and eerie presence while shooting in the historic and haunted site Imperial Sugar Company refinery. Apparently, even off-screen hauntings seem to go along with the theme of the movie. The movie is a thriller based on supernatural occurrences. This is befitting to some as anything inexplicable, suspense-filled and thrilling sure tickles their fancy. The interesting question in the movie remains, will the case ever be resolved by Rachel? Will she have a good relationship with the detective assigned to her? For all its worth, will there even be a love story or at least a slight idea of the two developing some attraction to each other as the movie progresses? It is worth watching. Until then, The Summoning remains to be a movie worth the while of those who intend to watch it. --Parent Herald The mystery chiller stars Sweet Darling s Leila Almas as law student Rachel Iverson, who uncovers chilling secrets while investigating the disappearance of fellow student Clayton Ward (Philip Adkins).
